Served as Vice-Chair (2000-2012) and Registrar (2012-2015) of the British Columbia Labour Relations Board where I adjudicated and mediated hundreds of disputes in virtually every sector of the economy.

Numerous reported decisions in CLRBR and LAC. Speaker at CLE courses and Conferences.

Arbitrator on various rosters of arbitrators including the British Columbia Collective Agreement Arbitration Bureau (CAAB) and Umpire under the Jurisdictional Assignment Plan of the B.C. construction industry.
