Biographical
Megan Ashbury is a lawyer who, for more than 25 years, has helped parties navigate complex workplace issues with clarity, compassion, and purpose. She has earned a reputation for acting with integrity and applying a balanced, trauma‑informed approach.
Since establishing herself as a neutral in 2021, Megan has focused on arbitration and mediation in both the public and private sectors. She brings a unique combination of union and management‑side experience that helps foster productive relationships between diverse parties and supports the development of effective, practical, and durable solutions. Whether serving as an arbitrator or mediator, she has brought finality to disputes in in a range of sectors including post secondary education, healthcare, public services, industry and maufacturing.
